Field Day
by Hudson L.

Picture
Asphalt Green

Field Day is pretty fun. We play, we eat lunch, and we sweat.
Field Day is in June. Most kids in PS6 love Field Day, and some don’t. In Field Day we go to a camp. The camp is called Asphalt Green.

What We Do

When we go to Asphalt Green, we usually play sports like soccer, kickball, and baseball. After that, we walk over to a big building to get lunch. Most of the building is stuffed with great food to eat. You could get hamburgers, hotdogs, French fries and so much more!

Transportation

What we take to get there is what you always use to take to get to a fieldtrip:  a bus. But this bus is different. This bus takes you
out of the neighborhood.

Goodbye Asphalt Green

After we all do the activities we head over to the bus. The bus driver starts the engine. And before the bus drives away everybody yells:

"WE LOVED FIELD DAY!"
