Computer and Media
by Jennifer K.
Hi. Jennifer here. So, today I am here to talk about Mrs. Bader and Mr. Silverstein. I really hope that you enjoy this interview, and PLEASE tell your friends and family so our web site can grow.
Okay. Now let’s get down to business. Mrs. Bader loves her subject and so does Mr. Silverstein. They both say that they love their subject, or otherwise, a variation of that. I think you know this, but if you are new, it is new information all for you.
Now, I have some ‘famous’ quotes for you, about some challenges/problems that our teachers, Mrs. Bader and Mr. Silverstein have. One, from Mrs. Bader, is “a challenge for me is that I am constantly run like a chicken without a head, getting things in and out depending on which class I have.” Another quote is from Mr. Silverstein, “ Well, a big problem that I have is the beach ball, (meaning that the computer is frozen) but with students, the only thing is that kids are very loud.”
Now stay tuned in my article for some of my special undercover news, our teacher secret ambitions! Mrs. Bader’s is that when she was a teenager, she wanted to be a lead singer of a rock band. And Mr. Silverstein doesn’t have a secret ambition but he was a photographer before he became a teacher.
All right now, we have more news for our fantastic listeners here, we have some special programs that these teachers have led in addition to their classes. Ms. Bader has had 3 programs: journalism, track, and she has chess on Fridays. Mr. Silverstein has 1 program, which is the Math Team, but he also has a new 3D printer.
And last but not least, Ms. Bader has been teaching at P.S.6 for 10 years, but Mr. Silverstein has been teaching for longer. He has been teaching for 17 years in total.
Now this brings us to the end of y article and please come back to my articles in about 2 or 3 weeks.
Thank you for reading my article.
